First and foremost, I'd like to take the opportunity to wish you each a happy upcoming holiday season, with much health and prosperity!
 
While traditionally I send this e-mail out in January, I'm sending it out a month early because of some changes the league has implemented with its price structure.  Due to demand for lower prices, the league has put discounts in place in response;  however, they come with the stipulation that the ENTIRE league fee is paid by certain milestone dates.

Below are the individual player fees (including hats, socks, league dues and umpire fees) based on a 17 man roster, providing that the ENTIRE LEAGUE FEE is paid before the following dates:

1/15 - $250 (returning player), $315 (new player w/ jersey)
2/15 - $270 (returning player), $335 (new player w/ jersey)
After 2/15 - $290 (returning player), $355 (new player w/ jersey)

As you can see, the prices per-player change dramatically between 1/15 and 2/16, which obviously encourages early enrollment with the league.  Since I'm sure we ALL want the better price, I will need at least $140 from returning players and at least $205 from the new players by no later than 1/14/06.

I understand the holidays are here and money can be especially tight right now during the holiday season, but a little money invested now will save us money in the long run.

Because the jerseys and hats take six weeks to be made and delivered, it is imperative that you all meet the fee schedule below tightly.  The uniform company must be paid in full before they deliver the product, so all money MUST be in on-time.

First Payment:  $140.00 (old) or $205.00 (new), due on or before 1/14/06 at team meeting TBD.
Last Payment:  $110.00 due on or before 2/16/05.
 
If you will be paying your fees in one payment, it will need to be done on or before 1/14/06 as well, so that there is working capital for the team budget.
 
I will set up a PayPal online payment page on Maraudersbb.com again as I have in the past two seasons, to make things easier for you.  The PayPal page will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checking account debits for your convenience in paying your fees.  When the page is set up, I will e-mail you each with the link in case you want to pay with this method.

As a reminder - I encourage each of you who have not already registered for the team message board on our web-site to do so, when you have a moment.  The board can be found at http://www.maraudersbb.com/forum/default.asp?Group=4.  You can view the general board posts without logging in, but in order to post a message or view the "Marauders-Only" section of the board, you will need to register and sign on whenever necessary.

 

The board is a tool for each of us to have some fun (or poke fun, whatever!) with each other and to keep folks abreast of events going on with the team (practices, etc.)  You can also e-mail other team members from their profiles on the forum, so, please use and check the forum often!
