IF

Lee Valentin

Information
on player:

Lee came to the Marauders after playing the 1998 season with the Phillies of the Mel Ott League. He had a productive season for them, playing a stellar second base and by becoming a threat at the plate to make pitchers think twice about what they throw to him.

His playing credentials include playing his high school baseball at Bergen Technical High School along with former and current teammates Eric Edwards, Jorge Hurtado and Tim Yuschak.

Career Highlights:

•   Lee was named to the MSMBL All-Star Game at Skylands Park in Augusta to replace teammate Brian Morris as a starter at third base.

•   Lee was voted to the MSMBL All-Star Game at Smith Field in Parsippany for the Spring 2001 season.

•   Lee went 3 for 4 with two home-runs, drove in 6 and scored two runs against the Saddle River Yankees on April 29, 2001.

•   In what easily was Lee’s best day career-wise, he went 3 for 3 with two home-runs (a grand slam and a solo HR), drove in 7 runs, scored three runs and doubled against the Bergen Brewers for the Marauders on June 11, 2000.
